Women United Cherry Fundraiser

Women United is selling sweet Montana cherries again this year, and so far, Mother Nature is cooperating! Big Sky Orchards has had a great spring – it’s been very warm, and you can see the beautiful blossoms on the trees.

A 20-pound box of cherries is $75, and $35 is a donation. The proceeds of the cherry sale will go to support crisis service programs that influence women, from domestic violence training to suicide intervention and prevention to mental health therapy for elementary children and other Women United programs.

The cherries will be delivered at the end of July or early August. You will be contacted with the exact date as soon as we get the go-ahead from the orchard. The freshly picked cherries will be in Steamboat within a day of their harvest, giving us the best-tasting cherries.

Your 20-pound box will include a pamphlet on how to care for the cherries and a recipe book. If you need help using the full box, find a friend to share with.

The deadline to order cherries is July 14, 2023.
